You can request deletion of your account and related data from inside the app in a secure, clear way.

خطوات الطلب
- 1. افتح الملف الشخصي داخل التطبيق.1. Open your profile in the app.
- 2. انتقل إلى الخصوصية وإدارة البيانات.2. Go to Privacy and Data Management.
- 3. اختر حذف الحساب واتبع خطوات التحقق.3. Choose Delete account and follow the verification steps.
فترة التعطيل والاستعادة
بعد تفعيل الطلب يتم تعطيل الحساب لمدة 7 أيام قبل الحذف النهائي.
خلال هذه الفترة يمكنك التراجع عن الطلب واستعادة الحساب.
After activation, the account is disabled for 7 days before final deletion.
During this period you can cancel the request and restore the account.
ما الذي يشمله الحذف
يشمل الحذف بيانات الملف الشخصي والإعلانات والبيانات المرتبطة بها.
قد يُحتفظ بقدر محدود من السجلات عند وجود التزام قانوني أو أمني معقول.
Deletion includes profile data, listings, and related information.
A limited amount of records may be retained when legally or reasonably required for security.

If you cannot complete the request in the app, contact support at support@sayartak.app or via in-app support.
