1. تعريف المنصة
سيّارتك منصة رقمية تساعد المستخدمين على عرض المركبات والبحث عنها والتواصل بين البائعين والمشترين والمعارض بطريقة منظمة وواضحة.
طبيعة المنصة وسيطة وتنظيمية: نوفر الأدوات اللازمة للحساب والإعلان والمراسلة والدعم، دون أن نكون طرفاً في عقد البيع أو الإيجار أو الفحص الميداني.
باستخدامك للمنصة أو إنشاء حساب، فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط وعلى سياسة الخصوصية المنشورة على /privacy.
Sayartak is a digital vehicle marketplace that helps users list vehicles, search for vehicles, and communicate with sellers, buyers, and showrooms in an organized way.
The platform is intermediary and organizational: we provide account, listing, messaging, and support tools without being a party to sale, rental, or on-site inspection contracts.
By using the platform or creating an account, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy at /privacy.
2. الحسابات والاستخدام
المنصة موجهة للبالغين من عمر 18 سنة فأكثر. يجب تقديم معلومات صحيحة عند التسجيل والحفاظ على سرية بيانات الدخول.
أنت مسؤول عن أي نشاط يتم من خلال حسابك. قد نطلب خطوات تحقق إضافية عند الحاجة لحماية الحساب.

The platform is for adults aged 18 and over. You must provide accurate information when registering and keep login credentials confidential.
You are responsible for activity through your account. We may request additional verification when needed to protect the account.

3. الإعلانات والمحتوى
يتحمل المستخدم مسؤولية دقة إعلانه وصوره ووصفه وسعره. يجب أن يخص الإعلان مركبة قانونية ومتاحة للبيع أو الإيجار وفق الأنظمة.
يحق للمنصة مراجعة أو إخفاء أو إزالة المحتوى المخالف أو المضلل أو المكرر بكثافة.
لا تضمن المنصة صحة كل إعلان أو اكتمال أي صفقة بين المستخدمين.
Users are responsible for the accuracy of their listing details, photos, description, and price. Listings must relate to lawful vehicles available for sale or rent.
The platform may review, hide, or remove non-compliant, misleading, or excessively duplicate content.
The platform does not guarantee the accuracy of every listing or completion of any transaction between users.
4. التواصل بين المستخدمين
توفر المنصة وسيلة مراسلة بين المستخدمين حول الإعلانات. أي اتفاق أو دفع أو نقل ملكية يتم مباشرة بين الأطراف.
يُمنع استخدام المراسلة للإساءة أو الاحتيال أو الترويج غير المرتبط بالمنصة أو نشر بيانات أطراف ثالثة دون موافقتهم.
The platform provides messaging between users about listings. Any agreement, payment, or ownership transfer occurs directly between the parties.
Messaging must not be used for abuse, fraud, unrelated promotion, or posting third-party contact details without consent.
5. مسؤوليات المستخدم
يلتزم المستخدم بالأنظمة النافذة والنظام العام والآداب، وعدم انتحال هوية أي شخص أو جهة.
يجب عدم محاولة التلاعب بالمنصة أو تجاوز ضوابط الحماية أو إساءة استخدام الخدمة.
التحقق النهائي من المركبة والوثائق والسعر مسؤولية المستخدم قبل أي تعامل.
Users must comply with applicable law and public order, and must not impersonate any person or entity.
Users must not attempt to manipulate the platform, bypass protection controls, or misuse the service.
Final verification of the vehicle, documents, and price is the user's responsibility before any deal.
6. المحظورات
يُحظر نشر محتوى مخالف للقانون أو يحرض على العنف أو الكراهية أو يتضمن مواد غير لائقة.
يُحظر بيع مركبات أو وثائق غير قانونية، والاحتيال، والإعلانات المكررة بكثافة، وأي محاولة لإلحاق ضرر بالمنصة أو مستخدميها.
Posting unlawful content, incitement to violence or hatred, or inappropriate material is prohibited.
Selling unlawful vehicles or documents, fraud, aggressive duplicate listings, and harming the platform or its users are prohibited.
7. حدود المسؤولية
تُقدَّم الخدمة كما هي ضمن حدود معقولة. لا نضمن خلوّها من الانقطاعات أو الأخطاء في كل الأوقات.
لا تتحمل المنصة مسؤولية نتائج التعاملات التي تتم بين المستخدمين خارج نطاق الوساطة التنظيمية التي توفرها.
The service is provided as-is within reasonable limits. We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free at all times.
The platform is not responsible for outcomes of dealings between users beyond the organizational intermediation it provides.
8. القُصّر
الخدمة غير موجهة للقاصرين دون 18 سنة. لا يجوز لهم إنشاء حساب أو استخدام المنصة.
إذا علمنا بوجود حساب لقاصر، يحق لنا تعليقه أو إغلاقه وحذف بياناته وفق سياسة الخصوصية.
The service is not directed at minors under 18. They may not create an account or use the platform.
If we learn of a minor's account, we may suspend or close it and delete its data per the Privacy Policy.
9. القانون والتواصل
تخضع هذه الشروط للأنظمة النافذة في الجمهورية العربية السورية حيثما ينطبق ذلك.

10. تحديث الشروط
قد نحدّث هذه الشروط عند تطوير الخدمة أو عند وجود متطلبات قانونية تستلزم ذلك.
عند وجود تحديث مهم، قد نعرض النسخة الجديدة داخل التطبيق أو نطلب موافقتك قبل متابعة الاستخدام.
We may update these terms when the service develops or when legal requirements require it.
For material updates, we may show the new version in the app or ask for your acceptance before continued use.
